That's the ugly. The bad is that the utilities are off and the house has been winterized. The good is that the house has been winterized prior to the cold. The water heater and furnace are newer and installed with permits. The lot on the corner of a cul de sac could make for a great, large yard. The work that this house needs to become a home is very manageable and minor and could easily be done without hiring professionals. Where as most houses online are catfishing you this one is being honest with you. Go see it for its inner beauty and dont judge a book by its cover yea?
